Our story
Since 2004, Bluewood Homes has helped families across the Gold Coast, Logan and selected Brisbane suburbs bring their new homes to life.
We understand that building a home is one of life’s biggest investments. That’s why every project begins by understanding your lifestyle, your land and your vision before developing a solution tailored specifically to your requirements.
We’re a small, locally owned team, so you deal directly with the people who estimate, plan and build your home. That’s the way we’ve worked from the start.
Our goal is simple: to create homes that are functional, timeless and built with care from the ground up.

Bluewood Homes Gold Coast is locally owned and run by Director Kim Linington. You’ll deal directly with our small team from your first conversation through to handover.
How long have you been building?
We’ve been building homes on the Gold Coast since 2004, and we’re two-time winners at the Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards, in 2008 and 2025.
Where are you based, and where do you build?
We’re based in Helensvale QLD 4212 and build across the Gold Coast, Logan and selected Brisbane suburbs. Use our Find a Builder search to confirm your area.
Are you a licensed builder?
Yes. We’re a QBCC licensed builder (licence 1118245) and Master Builders Queensland members. Every home we build is covered by QBCC home warranty insurance.
